Compass & Kettle Tea Co.™ is a female- and veteran-owned tea company born at the crossroads of adventure, artistry, and a deep reverence for both nature and home. Founded by a former U.S. Coast Guard member turned potter, traveler, mother, and tea devotee, our company is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains—where misty mornings, winding trails, and wild botanicals inspire every blend.
Tea has become part of how I connect with my family—sharing unhurried mornings with my husband or exploring trails with my son, teaching him to see the beauty this world holds. These quiet rituals ground us, reminding us that time spent in nature and with one another is the truest luxury.
My journey has also been shaped by traveling the world—serving in the military, studying in the Virgin Islands, and wandering places like the rolling green hills of Ireland. Each adventure deepened my appreciation for flavors, cultures, and traditions, sparking a desire to share their beauty with others through tea. Every blend I create carries a story, inspired by landscapes near and far and by the people and moments that left an imprint on my heart.
